About The Position

The Tooling Coordinator, also known as the Tool Focal, is responsible for managing the IMRL Room in an industrial or manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring the proper management, inventory, and control of maintenance department tools, adhering to EHS and Quality objectives, and supporting Leadec's values and business principles. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at all times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo), with a focus on procurement.
• Microsoft Office Suites (excel, word & PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Procedural Compliance.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.
• Talking to others to convey information effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with tools used in industrial maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
• Works safely at all times.
• Responsible for IMRL Room.
• Responsible for the completion of audits on Maintenance department tools.
• Ability to research, order and keep a running inventory of tools.
• Label and etch tools for control purposes.
• Responsible for shadowing tool storage.
• Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
• All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
