We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our Production Center in Ewing, NJ. This role is crucial for our continued growth and success, requiring talented individuals who care about the company and our customers. The Warehouse Assistant will perform various tasks throughout the day, requiring excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with little direction.
Understand safety in the workplace and on jobsites.
Ability to withstand periods of physical exertion.
Ability to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, technical bulletins, and other related publications.
Basic mechanical aptitude with tools.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to operate an Industrial Forklift and Rough Terrain Forklift.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Mechanical aptitude required.
Basic computer skills helpful.

Previous experience with picking and forklift.

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and/or deliver material and tools to jobsites, managing and understanding lead times and constraints.
Maintain a clean and well-organized shop.
Inspect mechanical tools for defects/wear and service/lubricate them to maintain good working condition.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies to maximize efficiency.
Correct any inventory deficiencies or discrepancies and restock as needed/assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned, such as trade work, crane operation, carpentry, and driving.
