About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Tool Room Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing dies and tooling, as well as manufacturing replacement tooling components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tool room operations and experience with various machine shop equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Working knowledge of trim dies and molds.
- Experience operating manual lathes, surface grinders, and other conventional machine shop equipment.
- Ability to manufacture replacement tooling components such as core pins.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience in a tool room, machine shop, or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Welding experience (MIG and TIG) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
