In addition to tool crib responsibilities, the Tool Room Technician provides hands‑on support to the Assembly Group through light mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, component preparation, and ensuring work areas remain properly stocked. This role is essential in minimizing downtime, improving workflow, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑controlled production environment. This position is well‑suited for an individual with strong initiative, attention to detail, and a desire to grow. With demonstrated performance, reliability, and willingness to learn, the Tool Room Technician will have opportunities for advancement into mechanical, electrical, or assembly technician roles, supported by on‑the‑job training and mentorship.
