Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in bar coding systems, checking inventory in and out
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

  • Processes or handles one or more of the following according to the departmental procedure: purchase orders, invoices, receiving inventory and completing production paperwork
  • Enter and track purchase orders in Oracle
  • Gather and compile information into reports and charts in Excel
  • Maintain accurate inventory information
  • Provide customer service to internal customers
  • Enters or retrieves data from established computer files
  • Cross-references data to assure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintains files of documents used and prepared
  • May compile production paperwork for distribution to the production floor
  • May be responsible for cycle counting and reconciling reports
  • Performs a variety of routine clerical duties as necessary
  • Coordinates with suppliers with vender managed inventory to establish replenishment of inventory
  • Works closely with the purchasing group (Buyers)
  • Expedites past due orders
  • Verifies quantities of incoming uniforms and PPE with supplier
  • Follows up on all orders
  • Sets up new parts (establishes location and label)
