About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Tool Pusher to oversee drilling operations and lead the rig crew. This position is responsible for ensuring drilling activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and client requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of oilfield/drilling experience required.
• Previous Kelly Drive Rig experience.
• Previous drilling crew leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, BOPs, and rig safety.
• Must be willing to travel, work overtime, and work 12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to work outdoors and at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must pass required pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of drilling rig experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus.
• Experienced, safety-focused drilling professionals with strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations.
• Lead and direct drilling crews and daily rig activities.
• Ensure operations follow company, client, and safety procedures.
• Oversee well control procedures, BOP testing, and drilling equipment.
• Coordinate rig moves and lifting activities.
• Lead safety meetings and risk assessments.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, parts, and supplies.
• Communicate with client representatives regarding operations.
• Maintain safe and organized working conditions on the rig.
