About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Tool Integration Analyst (Level 3) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) team in Renton, Washington. This role provides visibility to management and customers, resolves schedule and product deviations, analyzes impacts, and monitors workarounds. The analyst will also provide status and visibility on comprehensive multi-tiered tool plans, coordinate operational aspects of tooling projects, and serve as a liaison between tooling teams, finance, planning, scheduling, and management. They will ensure compliance with company policies, process and validate tooling product orders, and oversee compliance to the tool order and drawing release process. The position works under general direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/or Tooling processes
  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 3 + years using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of the products, processes, materials and systems
  • Proficient working within the Tooling Value Stream
  • Experience with ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log, CTMA, SAT, CMES, CTDM, and REDARS systems
  • Continuous improvement experience
  • Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Responsibilities

  • Provides visibility to management and customers

  • Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing tool projects and serves as liaison between the tooling teams, finance, planning, scheduling and management
  • Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures
  • Processes, writes and validates tooling product orders
  • Oversees compliance to the tool order and the drawing release process
