Tool Engineering Acquisition & Prism Administrator will be responsible for updating how the Tool Engineering team acquires Special Tooling in compliance as outlined within the FAR. This also includes creating training materials to be flowed out across our team. and conducting training for our recently merged Tooling teams.
Requirements
- Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience training tooling professionals at all levels
- Experience developing performance metrics for tooling operations
Nice To Haves
- Experience with government property requirements associated with the acquisition of Special Tooling
- Prism ZITOOL function experience
- Previous Prism BPE experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SAP/Prism
- Basic Creo & PDM experience
Responsibilities
- Developing tool acquisition training
- Developing training for web-based tool acquisition application
- Harmonizing tool request system across RAY, RIS, and other Raytheon tooling groups
- Developing performance metrics for tool design/fabrication operations
- Guiding transition from ZITOOL to TPRS
