About The Position

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co., a precision metal stamping and fabrication company, is seeking experienced Tool & Die Makers to build and maintain progressive, compound, and secondary dies supporting manufacturing operations. The position involves building and troubleshooting new tooling, modifying existing tooling to meet customer requirements, and maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing dies. Tool & Die Makers support tooling needs across multiple departments and communicate job status and progress to department managers. The role uses surface grinders, drill presses, Bridgeport mills, and other secondary toolroom equipment. Openings are available on first and second shifts. This is a full-time, in-person position in Woodbury, Minnesota, with expected hours of at least 40 per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday and may include 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Pay is $30.00–$45.00 per hour.

Requirements

Five years of toolmaking experience.
Experience building and maintaining progressive, compound, and secondary dies.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficiency with surface grinders, drill presses, Bridgeport mills, and secondary toolroom equipment.
Knowledge of safe, efficient operation of toolroom equipment.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow procedures and instructions in accordance with ISO requirements.

Responsibilities
