As a Tool & Die Machine Assembler you will use your hands-on skill and problem-solving mindset to bring complex tooling and automation systems to life—from assembly and install to final debug. Working alongside engineering and manufacturing, you’ll play a key role in delivering precision solutions that meet exacting standards and keep critical projects moving forward. Requirements
- Working knowledge of precision machining and grinding processes.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications; SolidWorks preferred.
- Must be a U.S citizen and be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Ability to wear required PPE.
Nice To Haves
- Machine assembly experience preferred.
- Tool & die assembly experience preferred.
- Completion of apprenticeship program or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and debug precision tooling, dies, and mechanical systems.
- Install industrial machine systems and tool die equipment at customer sites.
- Determine the best method and sequence to mechanically assemble and assist with debugging of industrial machines and tooling systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design or process challenges.
