Join a hands-on toolroom where you’ll build, machine, and maintain precision tooling that directly supports production. This role is ideal for candidates progressing from junior-level skills into a fully independent machinist role.

Requirements

2–7 years machining or tool & die experience (or trade school + shop experience)
Working knowledge of milling, grinding, and machining processes
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
High school diploma or GED
Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds
Able to stand 8-10 hours per day at assigned work area
