About The Position

This opportunity entails being under close supervision, assist departments by performing basic assignments in the areas including, but not limited to Science, Planning, Technology. This position is usually on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis. Our Parsippany, NJ office is seeking Tolling Interns for Summer 2027. Relocation and housing are NOT provided for this position. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program

Nice To Haves

Pursuing a BA or BS degree in Information Technology or a closely related field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful and able to solve problems creatively
Excellent written communication skills, verbally articulate, and a good listener
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
Time Management skills, ability to prioritize and organize work, including multi-task
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquires and making appointments.
Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
Assists management in analyzing various data.
Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
