About The Position

As a Toddler/Two Teacher at Celebree School™, you'll have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the earliest stages of our little ones' development, creating a nurturing and enriching environment that fosters growth and exploration. As a Toddler/Two Teacher, you'll also have the opportunity to help navigate classroom Aides through their journey into the world of early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

Requirements

Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Responsibilities

Navigate the day's activities alongside our toddlers/twos, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their days.
Manage the Toddler/Two classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s toddler/two curriculum
Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
