Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education ( infant, toddler, or preschool age).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience.
• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and build positive relationships with families.
• Genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s growth and development.
• Flexibility, organization, and a positive attitude in a dynamic classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times
• Maintain classroom ratios and supervision standards
• Support a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities
• Lead activities such as storytime, centers, music, and play-based learning
• Encourage children to follow classroom rules and routines
• Monitor children's development and progress
• Communicate professionally with parents and leadership
• Uphold Magic Memories policies, procedures, and core values
