About The Position

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–24 months , supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years experience working with toddlers (12–24 months preferred)
• Florida DCF 45 Hours, Staff Credential Preferred
• CPR/1st Aid Qualified
• CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or willingness to obtain
• Strong understanding of health & safety standards
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
• Background check clearance (required)
• CPR/First Aid (current or completed upon hire)
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Implement our L.E.A.P curriculum and daily routines consistently
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Support a positive, respectful team culture
• Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation
