View, Saratoga, and San Jose Locations! As a Toddler Teacher, you will guide children through our exciting, newly updated curriculum and exploratory play while role modeling a sound knowledge of child growth and development. Along with ensuring the highest quality of care, you will have the opportunity to establish strong classroom management skills, parent relations, and have a blast creating positive, memorable experiences with the children!

Requirements

• 12 ECE Units preferred
• Experience with children preferred
• A love and passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication skills
• A reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow!

Nice To Haves

• Haven’t taken child development classes? NO problem! We will train you AND help you get through your core Child Development classes!

Responsibilities

• Guide children through our exciting, newly updated curriculum and exploratory play.
• Role model a sound knowledge of child growth and development.
• Ensure the highest quality of care.
• Establish strong classroom management skills.
• Develop parent relations.
• Create positive, memorable experiences with the children.
• Collaborate with creative team members to design the physical environment to meet the changing needs of young children.
