The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is seeking a patient, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on helping toddlers build independence, communication skills, and confidence in a nurturing and structured classroom environment. Requirements

• Minimum twelve completed ECE units required
• Infant Toddler units required for toddler classroom placement
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Must meet California state background check and health requirements
• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Patient, reliable, and attentive to children’s needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support early social, emotional, language, and motor development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and daily learning activities
• Follow classroom routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
