Toddler Teacher
About The Position
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. This role involves creating a safe, fun, and engaging classroom environment, assisting with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines. The teacher will actively supervise and care for children, maintain a clean and organized classroom, and communicate positively with parents and families. Collaboration with other teachers and center leadership is essential, as is adherence to all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements. Requirements
- Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Genuine love for working with young children
- Positive, energetic, patient, and professional
- Able to work well with a team and accept coaching
- Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements
Nice To Haves
- Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred
- CDA, ECE coursework, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is a plus
