About The Position

The Goddard School in Spring House is growing and seeking passionate, energetic Early Childhood Educators for their Toddler team. They are hiring both Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom experience for young children.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Warm, patient, and engaging approach with young children.
• Strong communication skills with both families and team members.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-teaching environment.
• Confidence in leading activities and lessons (for Lead Teacher roles).
• A genuine passion for early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support early development.
• Use positive guidance and classroom management strategies.
