Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Requirements

Have a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children
At least 6 months of professional teaching experience required; 1 year preferred
Hold a High School Diploma or GED required
Meet applicable Massachusetts state licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum through fun, hands-on learning experiences
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s daily activities, milestones, and achievements
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Foster a positive atmosphere where learning and play happen seamlessly
