About The Position

This position involves working in our infant classroom, caring for children ages 12 weeks to 24 months. You'll be responsible for daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and supporting each baby’s physical and developmental needs. You’ll be working alongside a co-teacher, so being a team player and having great communication skills are essential. A genuine love for little ones and a lot of patience are a must. This work is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be fast-paced and emotionally demanding. If you’re not passionate about caring for toddlers, this may not be the right fit.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a fingerprint and background check through Utah Childcare Licensing
• Obtain a valid Food Handler’s Permit
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Organizational skills
• Patience
