About The Position

Kiddie Academy of Mill Creek is seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to provide high-quality care and education for children, offering an excellent experience to families. This role is ideal for an ECE professional with strong communication skills, work ethics, and a desire for growth. You will utilize industry-leading training, materials, and resources, including the developmentally appropriate Life Essential® Curriculum, in an environment that values contributions and offers supportive leadership committed to professional development and success.

Requirements

• Experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds throughout the workday to at least waist high

Nice To Haves

• CDA or AA Degree will be a plus!
