About The Position

We are looking for a part-time Infant/Toddler assistant teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with children who are interested in a career in early childhood education. The Goddard School offers a premium educational experience in state-of-the-art facilities, committed to providing a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment for children from six weeks to six years old. The school utilizes current, academically endorsed methods to ensure children have fun while learning essential skills for long-term success.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 1 year minimum experience working in a licensed preschool center
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
• For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib

Nice To Haves

• EDU 119 Credential course preferred
