About The Position

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Mixed-age Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our Child Development Center and Education team in Lancaster, MA. The Toddler/Preschool Teacher will work in our Child Development Center, providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children that encourage their imagination, challenges their thinking skills, and enhances their social and language development. The Educator will provide instruction and guidance to students to assist their academic, social, and emotional development. Providing daily care, education, and recreation for children, including the daily operations of the classroom.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• At least one (1) year of experience working in a residential day or educational setting with children.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Course work in regular or special education
• EEC Teacher certified for Infants/Toddlers and Preschool, preferred
