We are a Christian childcare center in Watervliet, NY, dedicated to nurturing the whole child spiritually, academically, and developmentally. We are looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher who is ready to inspire our youngest learners to explore, grow, and thrive.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a childcare setting, with a specific soft spot for the toddler age group (18–38 months).
- CDA in Infant/Toddler (an Associate Degree is a major plus!).
- Current with your MAT, First Aid, and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging, curriculum-based lessons.
- Help toddlers master the big stuff: sharing, expressing emotions, communicating, playing fairly, and expanding their vocabularies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration to assistant teachers and volunteers in your classroom.
- Keep families in the loop on their child's incredible milestones, progress, and daily achievements.
- Observe, document, and assess each child's development.
- Maintain a vigilant, safe, and loving environment ensuring health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
