About The Position
The Goddard School is seeking assistant teachers for their Toddler (1 and 2-year-old) program at their StuyTown location. The school emphasizes that teachers are their first priority and treats faculty like family. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside the classroom teachers to implement planned activities
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Supporting each child’s social and emotional development
- Establishing positive and effective family relations and communication
- Maintaining routine and structure in the classroom
