About The Position

Wings ‘N More Restaurants is seeking dedicated Team Members to handle to-go orders. This role is crucial in serving food and beverages to guests according to established standards, contributing to the restaurant's commitment to outstanding guest service. Team Members perform various tasks daily, and this posting highlights essential functions related to to-go order management.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional welcome for all to-go orders, both in person and over the phone.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills when taking orders and answering guest inquiries.
Possess strong menu knowledge to accurately take and place guest orders, including any modifications or special requests.
Accurately use the restaurant’s POS system to place orders, process payments (cash, credit, or digital), gift card sales, and maintain basic math proficiency for handling transactions.
Coordinate and manage takeout order pickups efficiently, including quoting accurate wait times to guests in partnership with restaurant managers.
Communicate effectively with both kitchen (Back of House) and Front of House staff to ensure timely and correct order preparation.
Organize and prioritize multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and preventing delays or errors.
Carefully package and check to-go orders for accuracy, maintaining strong attention to detail.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness and food quality standards.
Support and exhibit teamwork across all departments to provide a seamless guest experience for all.
Maintain positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression, keeping in mind when to involve a member of the management team.
Provide a satisfactory pickup experience for each customer, and a suitable parting remark.
