About The Position
We are seeking a customer service oriented To-Go Specialist for Island View Casino's C&G Grill. C&G Grill is "One of Gulfport’s top 20 restaurants!" The To-Go Specialist is responsible for coordinating To Go orders; to include accurately taking order by telephone or in person, organizing food orders, delivering to guest, and closing out all checks. This position is responsible for all payments and transactions.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Exceptional customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- At least one (1) year of recent experience in restaurant point of sales cash handling experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinating To Go orders
