Responsibilities

• Greet guests or delivery drivers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive
• Take orders accurately via phone, online, or in person
• Prepare and package orders according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
• Process payments efficiently and provide receipts or order confirmations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and workstations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
