About The Position

Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a need for a Workflow Consultant. In this role you will provide advisory and administrative support to senior logistics, engineering, and force protection leadership by managing office workflows and task management systems, delivering leadership briefings and meeting materials, and overseeing the assignment, tracking, and completion of action items.This opportunity is 100% on-site in the Washington D.C. area. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (3+ years)
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and foster strong client relationships (3+ years)
  • Ability to analyze and organize complex technical processes and assess their impact on broader organizational strategy (1+ year)
  • Ability to independently participate in and contribute to meetings with leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience using Task Manager Tool (TMT) or ETMS2 (1+ year)
  • Active DoD Security Clearance
  • Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, prioritize, and triage incoming taskers within the Task Management Tool (TMT) and ETMS2 across NIPRNet and SIPRNet, ensuring accurate routing, progress tracking, accountability, and timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Develop, package, and initiate TMT taskers on behalf of DoW leadership, coordinating and distributing taskings to MAJCOMs, external agencies, and internal stakeholders while communicating requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Manage the lifecycle of IRSS taskers by monitoring incoming requests, routing actions, tracking milestones and suspense dates, and coordinating with division action officers to ensure timely responses.
  • Support leadership decision-making by participating in meetings, forums, and working groups, while developing and delivering status updates, briefing materials, reports, and presentations on tasking status, risks, priorities, and organizational impacts.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Department of Defense, MAJCOM, and other stakeholders to facilitate coordination, resolve tasking issues, provide subject matter support, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and mission requirements.
