About The Position

Join a mission-driven team making a meaningful difference in behavioral health care at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health. Since 1973, Kolmac has been a leading outpatient provider of substance use, mental health, and co-occurring care across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. — helping people make meaningful progress without putting the rest of their lives on hold. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Therapy Technician to join our team — an opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, patient-first environment. At Kolmac, you'll be part of an integrated behavioral health organization that brings together psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed therapists, and certified counselors, all working from a shared commitment to treating the whole person — not just the diagnosis. As a TMS Therapy Technician, you'll deliver cutting-edge, non-invasive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy to patients managing depression, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions, contributing to Kolmac's mission of making high-quality behavioral health care accessible, dignified, and free of judgment.

  • Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
  • Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt.
