Nice To Haves

  • Experience in specialty logistics, cold-chain, clinical trials, or other time-critical, high-service networks.
  • Familiarity with change control practices and documentation expectations in regulated or highly governed environments.
  • Comfort with data validation and analysis (e.g., structured files such as CSV/XML/JSON/EDI).
  • Experience with WMS application (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Pick pack and ship processes) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Infios configuration delivery
  • Design, build, and optimize Infios TMS configurations including workflows, rules, master data structures, and rate logic to support global specialty logistics.
  • Perform unit testing and peer reviews of configuration changes (e.g., rules, workflows, rates, master data impacts), ensuring expected behavior across core logistics scenarios while maintaining consistency with standards, performance considerations, and maintainability.
  • Facilitate meetings and give product demonstrations.
  • Promote safe, repeatable deployments
  • Plan and execute configuration migrations between environments (e.g., dev/test/staging/prod) using established tools and processes, validating completeness, dependencies, and version alignment.
