About The Position

The Employee shall provide expert engineering advice and assistance to the TMAS 2/3 AFTC/SC in the Scientist and Engineer field comprised of Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists with knowledge and skills to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems. The candidate will provide support to operationalize the AFTC seamless partner experience (SPE) initiative, as defined by AFTC Strategic Thrust #4. The primary focus is to institutionalize the new Test and evaluation integration framework, which transforms AFTC from a service provider to an indispensable capability development partner. The candidate's tasks will be integral to the following framework Pillars. Proactive partner engagement develop and document end to end business model process policy and resource forecasting.

  • Up to 6 years of experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the applicable discipline.
  • Must have a minimum of an active U.S Secret clearance.
  • Subject to a government security investigation.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to pass a background check to be granted access to the specific working location installation bases to perform work for GMRE.
