About The Position

The Treasury Management (TM) Sales Analyst position is a client servicing and sales support role for Community Banking and Branch Delivery (CBBD). This division includes Consumer and Business Banking and Community Banking. CBBD has dedicated sales teams consisting of Treasury Management and Payments Consultants (TMPCs) or Treasury Management and Sales Consultants (TMSCs) who are responsible for selling TM, CPS, RPS, and PS solutions to their business customers. The TM Sales Analyst's primary role is to provide sales support to these TMPCs and TMSCs for all their TM sales. This support may encompass product training, working capital engagement training, assistance with pricing and proposals, coordination of working capital and technical sales support, participation in technical and comprehensive implementations, and assistance with escalations. The TM Sales Analyst might also support larger TM opportunities by conducting mapping sessions with customers and prospects. Additionally, this position may assist CBBD Sales Managers, Program Managers, and Client Support representatives with sales, training, and client support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
