About The Position

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in asset maintenance, inventory management, or related field
• Proficient Microsoft Office user
• Strong inventory tracking and documentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Solid math skills for accurate planning and reporting
• Team-oriented problem solver with excellent communication

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Exposure to LEAN or continuous improvement environments

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for all equipment at the assigned site
• Prioritize tasks in collaboration with TLM Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Asset Coordinator
• Oversee equipment receiving, assess incoming units for required maintenance, and document findings
• Generate deficiency reports and initiate repair work orders to track maintenance needs
• Organize equipment workflow by operational priority (washing, test pit, bays)
• Partner with Stores to deliver materials and supplies to workstations on time
• Supervise CMMS Clerks and Yard Crew members as assigned
• Assist with asset counting, equipment list management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and LEAN program goals
