As a Title Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that all necessary paperwork, documents, and titles are processed accurately and efficiently. Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background, MVR and drug test screening
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience in title processing or related automotive industry roles highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive titling procedures (experience with out-of-state title processing preferred).
- Detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of state and DMV policies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high call volume and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Submit invoices and necessary documents to third-party out-of-state titling companies.
- Manage title and registration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stay up to date on DMV and state policies, both in-state and out-of-state.
- Assist with weekly title reports, maintaining title schedules, and supporting month-end close.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
