Requirements

Available to work on-site at our Amherst, NY office Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5 pm
High School diploma or GED
Minimum one-year experience in high-volume, data entry, and administrative forced position
Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to demonstrate, comprehend and apply our workplace values.
Must obtain Notary Public within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Manage titles for auto retail & lease portfolios for various clients, broken up into sub-specialties.
Log incoming titles into applicable services and determine their status.
Process title modifications for inaccurate or unacceptable titles.
Process state-to-state title transfer demands from customers or DMVs.
Execute duplicate title processes, name changes, and copy requests.
Maintain day-to-day client follow-up and address each account queued for review and processing.
Process the release of liens on titles that have been paid in full or deemed a total loss by signing off as lien holders on the appropriate title.
Generate and send a lien release to release the collateral when physical titles are not available.
Release the lien via the electronic vendor portal from the state to the appropriate party who paid off the loan.
