Serve members and internal customers by answering questions and assisting in the titling process to ensure quality service across multiple channels. Timely and accurately service the needs of the members and enhance their financial relationships with the credit union. Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), car dealerships, insurance companies, and branch personnel. Mountain America Credit Union is one of the foremost financial institutions in the country, with more than 95 branches located in 5 states (Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, and Arizona).
