About The Position

An expanding North Pinellas-based law firm is seeking a Title Processor who will perform a variety of tasks in support of our real estate practice and its title services. As part of each closing from contract to post-closing, you will support the closer by collecting, organizing, coordinating, and processing all necessary documentation from various parties to ensure the closing is completed on time and with minimal stress. Details matter. And when something isn’t right – paperwork is incomplete, or a detail is wrong – you know how to fix it. People appreciate your friendliness and expertise. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of combined experience in previous roles related to residential real estate.
  • A minimum of 1 year of continuous employment with a law firm, title company, real estate brokerage, or mortgage lender.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with diverse audiences via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Natural ability to thrive when multitasking in a technology-driven environment operating at a fast pace.
  • Experience working with high volumes of tasks, incoming requests, or calls preferred.
