As an Examiner, you will research the ownership history of various parcels of land by reviewing public records and other sources. Requirements

2+ years of title examination, title clearance, and/or title abstracting experience
Must obtain and maintain Texas title license
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively, including differentiation of requirements between multiple clients and loan types

Responsibilities

Review and manage a high-volume queue of orders for residential and/or commercial loans
Consult with abstractors, other examiners, underwriters and the Title Clearance team to provide a clear, marketable title
Consistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metrics
