Title & Closing Support Specialist

Northwest TitleGrandview Heights, OH

About The Position

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our team. As a Title & Closing Support Specialist, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role — keeping documents accurate, processes on track, and our client-facing teams equipped to deliver a seamless closing experience. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organized work, and professional communication. No prior experience in real estate or title is required — just strong attention to detail, a fast and accurate typing speed (60+ WPM), and a reliable, team-first mindset. We're hiring for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Your final placement — Support Assistant or Support Specialist — will be determined during the interview process based on your background and skill set.

  • Enjoy administrative, document-heavy work and take pride in getting the details right
  • Type at least 60 WPM with strong accuracy

  • Are self-motivated and can manage your workload independently while collaborating well with a team
  • Thrive in a structured, process-driven environment with consistent expectations
  • Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and following through until everything is complete
  • Want to start a career in an established company that values integrity, trust, and long-term commitment
