About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk with prior Pennsylvania dealership titling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in Pennsylvania vehicle title and registration processes. This role is responsible for processing automotive documents accurately and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Previous Pennsylvania automotive dealership titling experience
Knowledge of Pennsylvania title and registration procedures
Experience with dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and license plate work through the Pennsylvania DOT system
Prepare and submit title paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
Verify completeness and accuracy of all deal documents
Process payoff checks and lien releases
Maintain title tracking and inventory records
Handle out-of-state title transactions when necessary
Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations and dealership policies
Communicate with customers, banks, and state agencies regarding title status and corrections
Assist accounting office with related administrative tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
