About The Position
This is a general application for the position of Title Agent. We will consider your application for current and future job openings and projects. If you have extensive experience, we may consider you for other positions as well. Lonestar Land Services team is growing, and we're looking for experienced Title Agents with a strong title and land rights focus to support projects across the USA. This position can be field-based and/or remote, project-driven role where your attention to detail and research capabilities directly support successful project completion. You'll manage the full acquisition process of title research, documentation, and closeout — while partnering closely with internal teams across legal, survey, environmental, and project management.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed title research, ownership verification, and parcel analysis using county records, GIS systems, and public data sources
- Support valuation efforts, appraisals, and damage assessments
- Participate in project meetings and assist with closeout activities
