About The Position
RNR Tire Express is seeking to hire a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, as well as assist with inventory and keeping our tire shop running smoothly. This role offers an opportunity for future growth within the company. The Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician is essential to the success of the tire shop, utilizing tire and balancing machines with precision to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels, ensuring vehicles roll smoothly. This role also involves overseeing shop activities, ensuring safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed, and inventory, product, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and organized.
Requirements
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with this position
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels
- Organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory
