About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking to hire a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, as well as assist with inventory and keeping our tire shop running smoothly. Requirements

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with this position.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels.
Organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory.
Service-oriented and motivated to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels with precision using tire and balancing machines.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and organizing merchandise.
Ensure shop safety guidelines are followed.
Complete necessary paperwork.
Properly maintain inventory, product, tools, and equipment.
