About The Position

Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians at its Stow, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The company provides comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help employees develop their skills and grow. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Tire Technicians install, rotate, balance, and repair tires; inspect tires and wheels; perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance; operate tools and equipment safely; assist customers professionally; and help maintain a clean, safe work environment. Requirements

Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
