About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Tire Technician to join our BMW Service Team. This entry-level position provides hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BMW technicians while developing the skills necessary to become a certified automotive technician. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role will focus on Tire mounting, balancing, and rotations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Automotive vocational training or enrollment in an automotive technology program preferred
Strong interest in automotive repair and vehicle technology
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
