About The Position

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean facilities, and interact with customers and drivers to improve their travel experience. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role includes tire sales, removal, and replacement for vehicles including commercial vehicles, both in the shop and through roadside service. Technicians also help repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping. The position requires working a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation.
• No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for vehicles, including commercial vehicles, in the shop and through roadside service.
• Repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation; Love’s pays for it.
