About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for tire and wheel sales, service, and maintenance. The technician provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Duties include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, performing repairs and rotations, and supporting store sales.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, and kneel, and continuously squat, reach, walk, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install or rebuild TPMS and relearn or calibrate TPMS systems.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test and install batteries.
• Use and maintain equipment.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
