About The Position

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Tire Technician to provide fast, accurate tire and automotive services while supporting an exceptional customer experience. The technician will perform tire services, basic maintenance, inspections, battery and TPMS work, and help maintain shop inventory, cleanliness, and safety. There is an opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills and experience allow, with potential career progression into Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Management positions.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded, with eagerness to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flat tires and inflate tires to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Progress into light mechanical services, such as brakes, suspension, and alignments, as skills and experience allow.
